In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. Contact us within 7 business days of receiving your product to initiate a return. Please include your full name and order number in your email. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure our customers are satisfied 

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you reveived it. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not do to our error will not be accepted for return. 

Please note, you will be reponsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item.

Cancelling an order

If you would like to cancel or change your order contact us immediately and we will try our best to accommodate you. If the order has been processed or shipped, the order can not be canceled.
